家庭成员，是指配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属。家庭成员特征如下：
（一）家庭成员，是近亲属。
（二）配偶、父母、子女是法定家庭成员，还包括其他共同生活的近亲属。
（三）近亲属范围，主要包括血亲；父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女；也包括姻亲（配偶）。
（四）共同生活近亲属，是指一定的时间共同居住，生活事务中相互扶助的近亲属。一定时间性、生活事务中相互扶助性，是共同生活近亲属的关键词（特征），偶尔共同居住或生活事务中相互扶助的近亲属，不属于家庭成员。
Family members refer to spouses, parents, children and other close relatives living together. The characteristics of family members are as follows:

(2) The spouse, parents, and children are legal family members, as well as other close relatives living together.
(3) The scope of close relatives mainly includes blood relatives; parents, children, siblings, grandparents, maternal grandparents, grandchildren, and grandchildren; also includes in-laws (spouses).
(4) Close relatives living together refer to close relatives who live together for a certain period of time and assist each other in daily affairs. A certain period of time and mutual assistance in life affairs are the key words (features) of close relatives living together. Close relatives who occasionally live together or assist each other in life affairs are not family members.
