Didn’t you hear what I said?

nǐ yīng gāi tīng dào wǒ de huà .
你应该听到我的话。
You should hear me.

nán dào wǒ men néng làng fèi shí jiān ma ?
难道我们能浪费时间吗？
How can we waste time?

wǒ men yí dìng bù néng làng fèi shí jiān .
我们一定不能浪费时间。
We must not waste time.

被字句 bèi zì jù
宾语+“被”+主语+动词
Object + “Bei” + Subject + Verb

jīn tiān wǒ bèi lǎo shī biǎo yáng le .
今天我被老师表扬了。

The teacher praised me today.

太阳被乌云遮住了。
