病假，是指劳动者本人因患病或非因工负伤，需要停止工作医疗时，企业应该根据劳动者本人实际参加工作年限和在本单位工作年限，给予一定的医疗假期。病假期劳动者可照常拿工资，对于病假工资，不低于当地最低工资的80%。病假单，或者病假条，是医生给病人开具的病情证明文件。
